NV Sparkling Shiraz was made by Colin Sheppard and Nathan Schultz with fruit supplied by James Linke. 13 months on lees.

Made in the Traditional Methode. Brilliant dark berry colour with very fine bubbles. Blackberries, plums, chocolate with a hint of mint on the nose. Some liquorice and nuttiness from the back of the palate. Goes amazing with Turkey and have had some high recommendations for Christmas Day with your roast turkey.
